1. General Provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the “Policy”) regulates the principles and procedures of personal data processing by Engnessenis, UAB, company code 305702512, registered office: Pilies g. 10-6, LT-01403 Vilnius, Lithuania (hereinafter – the Data Controller), and defines the terms of operation of the website https://engnessenis.com (hereinafter – the Website).

1.2. Before using the Website and/or the products or services provided by the Data Controller, you, as a Website visitor (the Visitor) and/or user of services or products (the User), must read this Policy carefully. By using the Website and/or the Data Controller’s services or products, you confirm your agreement to this Policy.

1.3. If you do not agree with this Policy or any part of it, you must not use the Website and/or the Data Controller’s services or products. Otherwise, you are deemed to have read and unconditionally agreed to this Policy.

1.4. The Data Controller assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable if the User has not familiarized themselves with this Policy despite having the opportunity to do so.

3.3. If the User orders consultation services, the User’s full address may also be processed.

3.4. Data is obtained directly from Users or from entities purchasing services on their behalf.

8.3. If you are not satisfied with the Data Controller’s response or believe your data is processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. The Data Controller is not liable for damages arising from Website interruptions, data loss, or improper use by Users or third parties, including but not limited to electricity or internet failures.

9.2. The Data Controller may amend this Policy in whole or in part.

9.3. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Website.

9.4. Continued use of the Website after amendments constitutes acceptance of such changes.
